Out Patient Services
At Adirondack Tri-County Nursing Home, we have a separate Out Patient Therapy Facility.
We provide the only Outpatient Therapy Service in the area and draw from Johnsburg and surrounding communities. We feel it is a community service we offer and are proud to serve the region. Our Therapists are well trained and have experience in many areas of therapy. We can evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions including:
- Neck and Back Pain.
- Orthopedic Conditions.
- Sports & Work Injuries.
- Carpel Tunnel.
- Multiple Sclerosis.
- Parkinson's Disease.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and many Private Insurances.
