OUT PATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES

At Adirondack Tri-County we have a separate Out Patient Physical Therapy Facility.

We are the only Physical Therapy Service in the area and draw from Johnsburg and surrounding communities.  We feel it is a community service we offer and are proud to serve the region.

Our Therapists are well trained and have experience in many areas of therapy.

We can evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions and diagnose including:

• Neck and Back Pain     

• Orthopedic conditions  

• Sports Injuries            

• Work Injuries              

• Carpel Tunnel             

• Multiple Sclerosis        

• Parkinson's Disease    

 Our Hours are Monday - Friday

8:30-4:00

We accept Medicare, Medicaid and many Private Insurances
