Adirondack Community Trust Matching Grant
Adirondack Tri County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has received a $10,000.00 endowment grant from ACT. This is a matching Grant and we must solicit and collect donations to match their very generous grant. These funds will then be deposited with the Adirondack Community Trust and the interest from these funds will be used for years to help offset operating expenses.
Your Tax Deductable contribution will help us reach this $10,000.00 goal and assist the facility for years to come.
