  Nestled in the South Central Adirondack Mountains Adirondack Tri-County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (ATCNRC) provides:

• Short term Rehabilitation Therapy for people following a hospital discharge.


• 100 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Program.


• Medical Model Adult Day Care Service.


• 37 years of dignified care at our 82 bed Skilled Nursing Home.

  

  At our facility, our comprehensive rehabilitation team provides individualized and goal-oriented treatment programs specifically for the older adult. Our focus is to help patients reach quality outcomes and return home or to a lesser level of care.
