| Adirondack Tri-County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
is an 82 bed skilled nursing home, nestled in the South Central
Adirondack Mountains. Opened in 1974 the facility has grown to include
Physical Rehabilitation Therapy and a model Adult Day Care Service.
Our long tradition, 33 years, of providing quality care and
maintaining the dignity of all our residents is of utmost importance.
Our caring & well trained Nurses and CNA'S provide excellent care while
maintaining the dignity and safety of our residents.
